Washing: Wash inside out, on a cold wash (no higher 30 degrees), and a low spin. (I tend to put mine in the washing machine on the delicate or handwash cycle).

Dry flat. Do not tumble dry please. Thanks. 

Sizing info: These jean joggers are coming up pretty much on size. If anything they come up big so size down. I am a size 12 and like to wear the MEDIUM. For a tighter, more skinny look fit, go down a size.
